By creating an account or using VineWealth, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
VineWealth is a budgeting and financial tracking application built for couples and households. The service allows you to track spending, manage recurring bills, set goals, collaborate with household members, and connect financial accounts through Plaid for transaction and balance syncing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your chosen sign-in and recovery methods.
When you invite a partner or household member, you understand that shared budgeting information may become visible within that household context. You are responsible for deciding what data to sync and which households to join.
VineWealth is a budgeting and visibility tool, not a bank, broker, tax advisor, or fiduciary. Financial data displayed in the app may come from third-party sources, including Plaid and your financial institutions, and may sometimes be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You remain responsible for financial decisions made based on the information displayed.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected portions of the platform where prohibited, or use the service for unlawful activity.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time using available account tools. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse or security risk.
VineWealth and its related software, branding, and service materials are owned by their respective rights holders. We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service over time.
VineWealth is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party data issues, service interruptions, or your use of the service.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
